BSE as step for early detection of cancer highly recommended women, especially those aged 40 years and over, because higher age, greater risk developing cancer. This activity aimed to determine level knowledge attitudes carry health promotion about pilgrim women Baitul Chair Mosque, Teluk Bayur, Padang. 11 society attended this activity. The regarding was assessed using simple questionnaire consisting five questions attitudes, respectively. survey resulted in no history or family cancer; many 81.8% mothers had never received information before. showed that 63.6% have good attitude BSE, 55.5%.
